Little. Prep is on us and fits into the same week as the hackathon. From you we need two short calls, access to sample data and the choice of problems you want to solve. We build the rest.
Yes. The four prep steps and the hackathon itself run in the same window. From our first call to the result pitches takes one week. Start smaller with the 1-day AI workshop and it is ready even sooner, right after the lead-up.
We do. During the sprint we are present, unblock technical hurdles and set the pace. Your team builds, we make sure nobody gets stuck.
1. Intro call. We clarify your goal, your teams and the rough direction. Short, concrete, no detours. 2. Tools and challenges call. We define which real problems your team tackles and which AI tools fit. 3. Finalizing all info and data. Access, sample data, scope and data protection are set. Everything is ready at go time. 4. Hackathon prep. We build the environment, set up the tools and prepare the tool workshop.
Tool workshop. Your team learns the tools not in theory but directly on their own task. - Hackathon sprint. The teams build. We guide, unblock and set the pace. - Result pitches. Each team shows what works. You take the strongest solutions into the day-to-day.

We work with the stack that fits you — LLM APIs, automation and data platforms, and your existing systems.
Teams of four to six work best. Overall we run everything from a single team up to several dozen participants.
All three work. On site creates the strongest momentum, remote is leaner logistically, hybrid is the usual compromise for distributed sites.
You get a documented handoff: prototypes, setup, open items and a recommendation on which results deserve to go to production.
