AI Workshop

AI Workshop for Software Teams, One Day Onsite

Pull requests get pre-checked by hand, test cases get written one by one, support tickets land in the same unsorted pile. Onboarding new developers drags on for weeks because knowledge only lives in people's heads. An AI workshop, one day onsite, builds a live assistant with your team for exactly this friction, for example code review or ticket triage. By evening there is a running prototype, not slides. Need more afterward, you move straight into the multi-day Corporathon hackathon with several teams and deeper prototypes.

  • Real prototypes instead of slides
  • Facilitated by AI practitioners
  • Ready to run within a week
  • Documented handoff included

Knowledge turns into a working prototype.

AI workshop for software teams, one day onsite on code review, testing and support automation. The entry point before the hackathon.

What the team builds

Challenges from engineering and support. A code review assistant with Cursor and Claude Code that pre-checks pull requests and flags patterns. An automated test generator that derives test cases from existing code. A support ticket triage bot with n8n that categorizes and prioritizes tickets. An onboarding assistant as a Custom GPT that guides new developers through codebase and process, plus a feature spec generator with Codex that turns discussions into structured requirements.

One week to your Corporathon

Want more after the workshop day? You move straight into the multi-day Corporathon hackathon. Here is how that path runs. 1. Intro call, we understand stack, teams and pain. 2. Tools and challenges call, we pick the automations with the biggest lever. 3. Finalizing data and access, repos, ticket system, docs. 4. Preparation, we set up environment and sample data. 5. Hackathon days, tool workshop in the morning, sprint on the prototype, pitches at the end.

Frequently asked questions

Is this only for developers? No. Support, product and ops build their own automations like ticket triage or feature spec generators. The hackathon covers the whole software team, not just engineering. Which tools are actually used? Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and n8n are at the center, complemented by Custom GPTs for onboarding and support. Which combination fits gets decided in the tools call before the hackathon. Does our code and IP stay with us? Yes. Everything built during the Corporathon belongs to your compan

Output, not slides

There is no certificate at the end, there is a working result: built workflows that keep running in daily operations.

For teams in marketing, sales, operations, product and IT. Coding skills are not required — the facilitation is built so every team ships a working prototype.

Usually one week: scoping call, use-case selection, access and tool setup. After that the sprint is ready to run.

You decide which data enters the sprint. Access, privacy and boundaries are agreed upfront and we only work with approved material.

You do. Prototypes, automations, workflows, prompts and generated code belong to your company after the sprint.

We work with the stack that fits you — LLM APIs, automation and data platforms, and your existing systems.
